• Are there any additional taxes or duties for international shipments?

    Additional taxes and duty may apply depending on the shipment's destination. 

    Shipping charges are based on the delivered merchandise total to each shipping address. For example, if you place an order for yourself and for a friend, shipping charges will be calculated on each delivery. 

  • Damages Packages

    We go to great lengths to ensure that your order is correct, properly packaged, and well protected. Despite our best efforts, damage sometimes occurs during transit. If any of your items are damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can assist you. 

  • Tracking Your Packages

    Tracking your orders placed with H3 is easy! Once we have completed your order, you will receive an email from us containing your FedEX or USPS tracking number. 

  • Refund Policy

    Due to the nature of our product, we do not provide refunds or cancellations for any reason. This includes delays with shipping and any backorder items.

    Should there be an error on our part, we will refund or cancel the order. We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us. 

  • Damages and issues

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 5 days to send a response.
